[RWP] Reaccess 2?

You need to copy the relevant files for ReaAccess from a working 32-bit install, or find a way to extract them from the ReaAccess installer.
In my case, NVDAControlerClient32.dll and ReaperAccess.dll are the two files I need. This may be different depending on your screen reader.
