[RWP] Reaccess 2?

That's up to you. For the most part, 4.x versions are useable with ReaAccess.
You just have to remember, for example, to press control+up arrow a few times in the track view before trying to access context menus, and some of the ReaAccess specific context menus don't work at all. Most of these things can be duplicated in other ways through Reaper's native interface anyway.
Regarding 32-bit plugins, DirectX or VST? You can use 32-bit VSTs on a 64-bit host, but as far as I know, not 32-bit DirectX plugins.
