[RWP] looking for NVDA Addon for nvda

Hello,
I would like to check out reaper and am not quite sure what the addon is.
I downloaded the reaAccess.exe
file from the dead website that I got the subscribe link to this website 
from, but don't know if that is the addon as NVDA Addons have a 
different extenchan.
Please let me know where I can get the NVDA Addon?
Also, are there any quick getting-started with Reaper using NVDA tutorials?
