[RWP] Slider of a controller

Hello Folks!

Sorry, but the subject is not really describing my question, but I don't 
know how to put it right. When I move the slider of an external 
controller on its top, Reaper shell set the value of the volume slider 
to 0 DB. So 0DB should be the edge, when the slider is up on top. Sorry, 
my english isn't that good in these technical areas. I hope, I could 
explain it understandable. Thanks for help.
