[RWP] Identifying a DB level of and moving to the highest peak of an item

Hi all,

It's just occurred that I don't know a way to do either of the things
in the subject line in Reaper, and I wondered whether anybody else
does? At the moment I tend to use Sound Forge for that type of thing,
but would be interested in cutting down the amount of stuff I have
installed if it can be done in Reaper. I use the peak inspector fairly
often, but that can only alert you if the meter hits whatever level
you've specified in real-time.

Any thoughts/tips?
