[RWP] MIDI editing in Reaper

Hi folks

I am new to reaper and ReaAccess. It would be very helpful if you
refer me to an instruction on how to use it. But I exactly want to
know that how do you do MIDI editing? Do you use Reaper or other
sequencers? I'm familior with QWS.
