[RWP] The Snowman Scripts for Reaper.

Jim,  I did play around with some script sfor personal use, and must have 
given them to someone.  But, I never took it far enough to be of much use. 
I was working on some audio scrubbing options for use in fine-tuning the end 
points of time selections.  But, as I recall, I had trouble making that 
dependable, and just never finished it.
Anyway, have at them.  Use them as a starting point if they are useful to 
you.
