[RWP] Adrenalinn guitar pedal's sounds

no, he's not blind, just me and the drummer lol.
I guess it depends on what you think of as accessible.
Because the gr-55 is designed to be a completely stand alone unit, that
means, no need to connect to any computer to get into the deeper parameters
and set ups, as a result things are easily accessed from the unit itself.
Does accessibility to you mean one button press and no menus? or does it
mean only 2 levels of menus or what? Because for me, if I can read a manual
and accomplish what I need to accomplish by hitting sequences of buttons and
counting clicks on a wheel or whatever, that is perfectly acceptible.
Also, I don't judge a device to be inaccessible if I need some basic sighted
assistance with set up or calibrations or whatever. As long as I can edit
patches, and create the sounds I want on my own, then the unit, to me, is
accessible.
Is it as easy as turning knobs and flipping switches, well, no, but
accessibility means different things to different people I guess.
I have had no opportunity to actually sit down with the gr-55 and make
patches from scratch etc. I know it's accessible just based on the
conversations I've had with my gtr player and from the youtube demo's etc.
So my working knowledge of the unit is limited.
If you want multi-modelling paths for amps, cabinets, mike placements and
all that stuff, the gt100 is the unit you want. The gr-55 is definitely a
synth first, and a modeller second lol.
The gk-3 pickup works well with strats and telecasters and probably a
typical LP type guitar. My guy modified one of his gk-3's to better
accomidate the saddle curve on his 67 flying V and it tracks perfectly.
I think earlier versions of the gk pickup had issues with tracking, but the
gk-3 seems to be pretty solid.
If you want perfect tracking all the time, you go with an under saddle piezo
system rather than the stick on GK pickup. Something like what the godin
guitars have onboard for the midi portion of their output.
regards
Colin
