[RWP] ReaScript

I think useful things could be done there, in python land.  There are all 
kinds of hooks into reaper, and actions, etc.
I started looking into that a couple months back, but ran into problems 
getting screen reader independent speech out of Python.  Queries to the 
reaper forums yielded no help.  I have a python function that will speak 
when run from the Python interpreter, but, for some reason, not when I 
married it up with ReaScript.
That doesn't mean it can't be done, only that I didn't suck any seed before 
I got distracted with more essential matters.
