[RWP] Reaper Accessibility Query from New User

Without ReaAccess, there is a lot that can't easily be accessed.
ReaAccess ads hooks and creates easy access to some of the context
menus, reads status of selected track, status of that track, such as
arm, solo, mute, etc. meters, and a lot more. It also changes tons of
stuff in the keymap. So, yes, you could probably do some very basic
stuff with Reaper without ReaAccess just fine, but nothing complex with
track routing, midi event editing, etc.
