[RWP] ReaScript

Hi all.

I'm new to the list, and even newer to Reaper, but not at all new to
Python programming.  Based on a quick look at
http://www.reaper.fm/sdk/reascript/reascript.php it looks like it
should in deed be possible to do whatever was done in Perl in Python.

I'll try to find some time to dig deeper into this this evening.
