[RWP] Looping

I have that later version here, 4.402, and it doesn't do it either. I was
working with audio, so maybe that is just a midi thing.
As far as I can tell, the checkbox for Loop Source is having no effect no
matter how it is set.
So, I can't imagine what Loop source means, if it isn't supposed to loop the
source. But then, half the time I read the descriptions of various options
in reaper, and say to myself, what the hell is that supposed to mean.
