[RWP] Does Anyone Know How to Set Up Reaper to Capture Audio From YouTubes?

You aren't given; as far as I can find, wave out as a recording type in 
the recording options menu at the tab key
I tried Input, and later  stereo output, hoping it would find the source 
and record its stereo outs, but got no content in the recording.

I'll look again at recording type.
