[RWP] Looping

Hmmm, no idea to be honest man. When I tried this workflow and it
didn't work last time, I assumed it was because the source media
wasn't recorded in that session so Reaper didn't have so much of a
handle on it, but thinking about it, that's probably a dumb thing to
think. Anyway, I just tried it again to build a trailing vocal delay,
and it didn't work here. I can tell that Reaper is extending the item
length by the right amount, but the audio itself isn't looping, so the
extention of length is just silence. The loop source checkbox is
checked in item properties.
Anyone know where we're going wrong with this?
