[RWP] my poise question again

When you have Reaper going, and you're in track view, e.g. can arrow up
and down to tracks; press alt or F10 to bring up the menus.
You have File, Edit, View, etcetera.
Go to the view menu, arrow up a couple of spaces and hit enter on Always
on Top.
It may solve some of your issues.
If not, go back to Always on Top and uncheck it by hitting enter.
