[RWP] using midi you have recorded to play a hardware synth with reaper?

Press ctrl+I to o[pen the insert dialog.
Arrow down to insert media.
Browse to where you have the midi file you want to use, then press enter 
on it to insert it to its own track.
Arrow to select the track with the midi file, then press F to open the 
load dialog.
Browse to where your desired synth is and press enter on it, and it will 
load and be played  by the midi file.
