[RWP] the up and down arro keys are not changing parramiters like they should be doing

I assume you have a music file on a track, and you first have arrowed up 
or down to select that track.
Then you've tabbed down to track volume, right.
Then, as the track plays you surely hear the volume increase or decrease 
as you press the up or down arrows, don't you?
Maybe you're not noticing the difference in volume because it's only 
changing a tenth of a DB with each press, or maybe it's a hundreth of a 
DB, but not much.
Press the page up or down buttons to get 1 DB changes with each press, 
or, if you want to rrisk your speakers, and your ears, press the home or 
end keys
Ouch!
