Hi & Greetings from The Great Southern Land

The easiest way to get any audio, well at least amongst all the supported file types that REAPER can import is...

Slect the Trak where you want the loop to go
Position your Cursor where you want your loop to start
Alt plus I opens the Insert Menu
Insert Media is the first choice in this Menu
Slect it...
This will open a standard Windows File Navigation Dialog Box
Navigate to your chosen file or loop..
Slect it..

This will bring the loop into REAPER...

Kind regards

Subject: [RWP] loop question

Ok, here are my answers to the suggestions posted about my loop problem.
The loops come from sampleswap.org. When going outside reaper, doing a copy on the loop I want to use, and then pasting it in reaper, the loop will not paste. I have been instructed to do this several times, but it will not paste in a track. I know I have asked this question several times, but I do not have my interface or new sound card yet so the drums and bass I have to use as loops. Thanks for putting up with me on this!
