[RWP] loops question

In Reaper preferences under the Video/Rex/Misc Navigate over to When importing media with embedded tempo and set it to adjust media to project tempo.. This should ensure that the loop snaps to project tempo when its imported to the project. Also you will need to set the project tempo  to 90 BPM if you haven't done this already.
