[RWP] The application key doesn't work

Yes, this is a known issue with reaper versions 4 and above.
It's an easy fix.
Hold ctrl and press up arrow 3 times, then let go of ctrl, then press 
the applications key
This workAround unlocks that menu for the session, and must be repeated 
if you close reaper and open it again.
