[RWP] loops question

This is what I am trying to do.  I have two files I want to use for drum and bass.  I want to loop both files at 90BPM.  I have tried to copy from explorer, insert media, and media explorer.  I do ctrl-right to copy the loop.  The first one works fine for the 24 measures by pasting it through.  When I try to repeat, it is getting all messed up.  
Where can I find documentation on how to create and work with loops?  Using jaws 12.
