Yes, I'm sorry not to say it right..
When you have something like a loop on a track, select it as an item 
with shift+A or ctrl+right arrow, then you're working with an item.
shift+7 shift+8 affect pitch by cents, shift+9 shift+0 affect pitch by 
semitones.
