[RWP] media explorer

I am trying to copy a loop into my project using media explorer.  I can't navigate it with jaws 12.  Being new, I tried just inserting a media file, but it doesn't keep time with the first loop.  If I am lucky enough to get the loop using explorer, it is correct.  suggestions?
