[RWP] Listening to a selected area of a track

Actually, more about my now irrelevant previous post.
That action, go to start of time selection, seems to be the same thing the 
cookie man was alluding too.  I did not realize there is already a hot key 
assigned to that.
Windows+leftBracket jumps you to the start, and windows+rightBracket to the 
end of a selection.
Duh.  But, you probably already knew that.
