[RWP] Sidechaining in Reaper 4x

Sorry, wish I could say so to feel included among the those who regret
losses in version 4x, but I so far don't feel any pain from loss in
Reaper 454.
Way back in version 3 or 2x, I always used the IO dialog brought up with
I, so never missed those missing menus.
Deleting extra sends also seems so easy with NVDA.
