[RWP] Sidechaining in Reaper 4x

When I press ctrl+shift+I while in Reaper 454, I hear the announcement
IO Access Master track, but when I just press shift+I the announcement
is IO Access and nothing about what track.
Of course, I have a track selected, so I'm sure IO access is for that
selected track.
If the announcements are different, I suppose the routing would apply to
a different track?
