[RWP] Sidechaining in Reaper 4x

Actually, I think I might've jumped the gun with that setting. Closest
thing I could find just now was Preferences -> Keyboard/Multitouch ->
Commit changes to some edit fields after 1 second of no typing. It's
unchecked by default, so yeah, that won't do it. Damn this imagination
of mine.
