[RWP] hello I am a new member.

In jaws, control+upArrow says nothing, but it is changing things, because
this shift+f10 key stroke changes behavior.
Normally, shift+f10 gives me a file menu. But, control+upArrow a few times,
which results in no speech, and now the shift+f10 gets a context menu.
