[RWP] hello I am a new member.

I never have a problem with the alt+up arrow fix for the applications 
key menu.
Also, I can route sends and receives with the standard IO routing 
dialog, brought up with I.
Just finsd a way that works for you and don't worry about what you can't 
do, or even whether it works on every computer.

I tried shift+f10 several times and always got only the menus, same as 
with plain f10, but I'll try it again in Reaper and elsewhere.
