Hmm wonder if the mac is doing something weird with key mapping on that machine. does the application key work in other apps on windows on that mac? if not then its a key remap issue in setting/precrences somewhere 
 And to Indie, Shift+F10 is a standard windows application key shortcut. I use it in win xp/win 7 to this day on an almost daily basis. not sure why its giving you the file menu.

I can say  for certain that ReaAccess does override and use keys that are assigned to  different things in stock reaper. I discovered this when trying to make my reaper action shortcuts similar to ReaAccess shortcuts and discovered how many were in use by default. I pulled up the keycap list  to verify, so yeah its not surprising you guys run into conflicts as versions change and ReaAccess isn't updated to deal with them.  Sometimes i see the screen reader/32/64bit wars you guys have to go through and think i have it easier on the mac.. but then you  guys got your advantages too.
