[RWP] dragging sliders and manipulating other controles in the efects window with nvda's vertule mouse?

hey all please could some one explain to me how to drag sliders in the effects window with nvda's virtual mouse? also please could some one explain to me how to manipulate other reaper controls with the nvda controls? your help with these questions would be most welcome kind regards trey.
