Takes less than a second, once you know where to find the delete button 
at the number pad.
I've found it in Jaws 10 and Window-Eyes, haven't looked for it on 32 
bits with NVDA, but I'll try it on this 64 bit Win7 machine and learn if 
it takes more than half a second to delete extra sends with NVDA
