Hi Angel,
If you go to www.reaper.fm and look at the bottom of the page, there 
should be a link to find older versions of Reaper.
What problem are you having with the latest version?
You know there's a fix for the applications menu that won't display.
You press ctrl+up arrow a couple of times, I hit 3 up arrows while 
holding ctrl, let go, then press the applications key and the recording 
options menu always opens
The ctrl+up arrow fix works during that session.

You can choose to record in mono or stereo, whether to record audio or 
midi, etcetera, a long menu full of  selections.
The current versions of Reaper offer much better midi editing than 
version 3.78.
