Did you by any chance try the JS vst called Avocado glitch? I think it has a pitch setting as well.

To insert it on a particular item, just press Shift plus E, which will bring up the effects plug-in Window.

can you do automation with vst's?
i've got a studder vst and i'd like to have it studder, and lower the 
pitch at the same time.
but i'm not sure how to go about dooing it.
