Well, an easy solution would be to record the stutter on a track, then 
you could lower the pitch manually.
You have keys that lower pitch, somewhere around 5 and 6 on the qwerty 
number row.
Press F12 and press the number row keys until you find keys to lower the 
pitch by increments, they're there, I forget exactly which keys.
Once you find the pitch change keys, press F12 again to return to normal 
mode, then play the stuttering track and record it again with the pitch 
being lowered by you; on a new track.
