[RWP] Tutorial for new Reaper users?

Hi all. I'm sure this has been asked fifty million times before, but I
didn't readily see anything while browsing the archives, though I didn't
get through them all of course. I've installed the latest version of
Reaper. I've installed Reaaccess. I just ran Reaper, I saw something in
one message about opening and closing Reaper and then installing and
running reaaccess, but it seems to work, hitting r gave the warning
about no tracks being armed. I've downloaded the pdf user's guide for
Reaper.

Now what? Are there any getting started articles or podcasts or what
have you? A way to get a list of keys Etc. for reaaccess? I have no idea
whatsoever what I'm doing with this thing. Any free accessible soft
synths to set up and play around with? I do have Dimension Pro and
inserted that as a DXI instrument, at least I think it did, but I have
no idea how to interact with it and load a program/preset in Dimension
so I can see if my keyboard will play, or even, for that matter, if my
keyboard and sound cards are detected and configured.

Mind you I don't expect a ton of hand holding, if there's documentation
point me at it and I'll happily do my homework. I have Sonar but that
seems to be broken, and I've been hearing about Reaper for a while now,
so thought I'd give it a try. So I mean, I know what ASIO is and all
that good stuff. BTW, how accessible is Reaper on the mac? It would be
nice to have the same DAW on both machines.
