Try some nice verb, doesn't have to be anything really aggressive, but a nice hall, or big room, a little dab will do ya.

  Subject: [RWP] Choir Space

Hi & Greetings from the Land Down Under...

Just over two weeks ago I finished recording the Sunshine Coasts’ premier youth choir, The Orianna Youth Choir, for a childrens musical project.

Long story short...on the first trak the choir is sitting nicely in the mix, but it is totally dry, and so this leads to two questions...

1 Should I leave it dry and have the choir natural?
2 If I put any sort of FX on the choir what should it be?

The musical style is for a childrens musical about Gnomes... so the choir is not trying to be represented in a church/cathedral'/large hall environment.

However, I do feel the choir needs some space around it, just to lift them slightly forward of the mix...for those who are in the know... if I may ask your thoughts?

I realise that this might not strictly be a REAPER question, so please excuse the OffTopic nature. It could be used for future questions that I might be able to provide ansers for if they do occur...

  Thanx
