[RWP] Hello and, questions :D

Hello everyone

I'm Lucky, a new member of the list. At once I decided to switch from sonar to the reaper and now, I'm here.
So, I've downloaded reaper and installed it, then downloaded reaaccess and tried to install but unsuccessfully.
I just get a message:

Some components are not found. Please start and close reaper.

And of course, I've done it for many times but always I get same message.
I tried few times to reinstall it and after installation restart the operating system and then run the reaaccess but always same. 
I'm working with windows7 32-bit and using jaws and NVDA on it.
Please, can someone help me about this and tell me how to solve this problem?
Also, I wanna ask here do I need any more plugins or something similar in order to make reaper more accessible and, are there existing some tutorials for beginners to get started with reaper?
Any helps or responds will be very apreciated.
