[RWP] coppieing and pasting efects from one track to an other?

Just one tip to add to this, if you know you want every effect that's
currently on a track, CTRL+Shift+C will grab them all in one
keystroke, when any of them are highlighted in the list. Helps cut
down a bit on the button bashig from time to time.

I usually load one of the JS plugs to get to the list where I can
paste on the destination track, because they load in no time at all
even on slower systems.
