[RWP] coppieing and pasting efects from one track to an other?

There is also an option to bring up an empty fx window on a track with 
no effects, which makes copying and pasting easier, since you don't have 
to first put on a random effect to get to that point. On the other hand, 
it's a few more keys to press when you want to add an effect to a track 
that has none if you don't already have some in your clipboard. You 
can't win.
