[RWP] REA access error

Try removing both Reaper and ReaAccess, every trace of them in your 
computer; then begin afresh.
First, install the Reaper with 64 in its installer's title if you're on 
Windows 7 64 bit, or the Reaper installer without  64 if you're on 32 
bit XP.
Then, before installing ReaAccess, open then close Reaper once.
Then install ReaAccess.
