[RWP] fx boxes

On the same FX page where you brought up ReaVerb, there's a combo box 
that's meant to display the presets in a list.
Press ctrl+page down and the whole preset list will display.
Click enter on any of those presets and you'll hear the reverb switch to 
that preset.
But, if instead you meant that when you tab to a parameter, then you 
can't change that parameter's values with the arrow keys, then I don't 
know the answer.
That's how parameters values are changed for me, with up and down arrow 
keys.
