[RWP] Reaper and midi loops

I think Sonar's matrix view is great.
Once you understand that it's laid out in columns and rows, and each
cell contains the several different ways you can trigger a loop, it's easy.
As far as looping in Reaper, there's nothing wrong with pasteing a loop
onto a track as many times as you want it to repeat.
Reaper is so efficient pasteing a loop a hundred times won't consume
enough CPU power to slow down a modern computer even a tiny bit.
