[RWP] NVDA Issue?

I like to hear the ascending pitched beeps and percentages spoken when 
I'm downloading online, and something has caused those to stop in this 
NVDA 2013.
I'm not sure if it's the version, or I accidentally pressed a keyboard 
combination that's shut off the download confirmation beeps.
The odd thing is that I still get the beeps offline, but not online.
Does anyone who knows NVDA have any ideas?
