[RWP] Routing Tracks to master track

Gianluca, ctrl+shift+alt+m opens a dialog to customize the menus.
You can actually move menu items around and change what's in a menu.
I think any actions that folks couldn't find from the applications key
when Reaper 4 came along are still there somewhere, maybe moved to a
different submenu than before.
Eventually we can build a ReaAccess submenu, with everything we need in
that custom menu; which can be saved and reinstalled if any future
versions ever break it.
