[RWP] latency in reaper

Everybody likes to think they can't bear any latency; I'll bet there's
latency between a person's mouth and their ears.
The sound from their mouth travels both through bone at a faster rate;
depending on how much of a bone head they are; and the air to their
ears; so there should be a flanging sound because of the 2 different
arrival times to their ears of their own speech.
