[RWP] Routing Tracks to master track

Hi Gianluca,
In Reaper versions 4, I think that ctrl+applications could now be the 
insert menu, brought up with alt+i.

Gianluca, will you please try this in version 4?
Open and insert a track with ctrl+T.
Now, hold ctrl and up/down arrow and you should hear:
At the bottom of the list Time Line;
Next up arrow you hear Track View;
Next up arrow you hear a track status line, saying stopped, etcetera;
Next up arrow you hear a track properties line, with track name, track 
number, etcetera.
There are only those 4 lines.
If you let go of the ctrl key while on the track properties line; the 
topmost line;  then press applications; you get the track recording 
options, beginning with Monitor Input, etcetera.
If you exit that submenu with escape, then press ctrl+down arrow; let go 
of ctrl; then press Applications, you hear another submenu, beginning 
with Jump to Marker J, etcetera.
When you ctrl+down arrow to Track View, or ctrl+down arrow to Time Line; 
then let go of ctrl and press the applications key; you hear Handle of 
Track View is Not Found;and no context menu is displayed at either of 
those bottom 2 lines.
Can you please let me know if this is what you get?
