Hey Patrick, I just installed reaper 4 as a portable and on my xp system,
using i and control shift i bring up the respective dialogues.

I was able to change the track outputs to 15 and 16 on my mackie and also
change the master from defaulting to 1 and 2 to go to 15 and 16.

I might be missing something, the dialogues look a little different, I see
things like width and such I didn't see in 378, so could this be a display
thing on your system, or am I not geting something simple?

maybe I need to call you up and get on the horn and let you hear what's up
or send you a file and we can compare notes.

I was using window-eyes at the time, I'll try it with nvda and see what
happens.
