I don't know how international copyrights would apply, but much of 
ReaAccess uses standard Reaper custom actions, which anybody is free to use.
Plenty of sighted users on the Cockos forums have set up their own 
custom actions, custom layouts, custom toolbars, custom menus, and 
nobody is trying to copyright them and hoard the rights.
If you read what Justin Frankel says about Reaper itself, you are 
invited to add to it and enhance it as much as you want.
I think ReaAccess is great myself.
Some people seem to live on carping about what something lacks, instead 
of learning to use and enjoying what it has.
It's that old glass half empty or glass half full thing.
They should chill out, take an antidepressant or something.
