[RWP] latency in reaper

Not as easy as in Jaws or Wineyes, but I got focus routed to the numPad 
with NVDA; and on this online machine that I only use for email and web 
surfing, in Reaper x64 version 4.4402; the RealTech card shows a 
beautiful 187 milliseconds of latency, with 1 top 40 pop track playing.
I haven't even tried to reduce its latency, which doesn't affect speech.
Actually, I once recorded the output of 1 of HG Fortune's auto synths on 
RealTech, because I didn't play the notes from a keyboard, just tweaked 
the algorithms in advance to get the chords and scales I wanted, and 
latency didn't matter for that, and it came out nice.
I'd probably use a eMu 0404 USB for an interface on this machine; which 
runs at 3.8ms; 64 samples buffer;  with a handful of tracks and effects.
They've given trouble for some folks, but all the eMu's have behaved for 
me; so far; fingers crossed.
Don't buy an eMu product, though, you depend entirely on luck; with 
their trecherous service and no support whatsoever.
